Past events is free; please use it to confirm your chart first.

Digital content

The full reading and the PDF are delivered at once, so they are generally non-refundable once sold.

Hardcover

Before printing starts you may cancel the hardcover and receive the HK$100 difference back; after that it cannot be cancelled. If your copy has a printing or binding fault, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint it free.

Full refunds

• Duplicate charge for the same order;
• A system fault on our side that stops us delivering what you paid for, if we cannot re-deliver it.

How to apply

Within 30 days of payment, email [email protected] with the email used at payment, the date and the amount. We reply within 3 working days; approved refunds go back to the original payment method in 5–10 working days.
